华光环能(原无锡华光锅炉股份有限公司)前身是无锡锅炉厂,成立于1958年8月,2003年7月在上海证券交易所挂牌上市(SH.600475),2017年6月吸收合并国联环保完成重大资产重组,2020年6月公司更名为“无锡华光环保能源集团股份有限公司”,是国联集团控股的主要实业投资运营主体。目前拥有参控股公司80余家,员工4000余名。

WHEE (formerly Wuxi Huaguang Boiler Co., Ltd.) first known as Wuxi Boiler Works, was established in August 1958, listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SH.600475) in July 2003, and completed major assets restructuring in June 2017 by absorbing Wuxi Guolian Environmental Energy Group, which was one of the main industrial entities held by Wuxi Guolian Development Group pertaining investment and entities operating. In June 2020, the company altered its name to Wuxi Huaguang Environment &Energy Group Co.,LTD. At present, it has over 80 invested subsidiaries and more than 4,000 employees.

With the goal of constructing integrated service capability, WHEE continues to engage in the key areas of environment and energy,focusing on integrating the core links including design, manufacturing, construction and operation, and has gradually formed a mutually supportive and all-round industrial chain integrating  investment and financing of power station projects, power engineering design, complete sets of power station equipment supply, power station projects EPC, operation and administration of power plants and development of new energy and new materials; and has established 4 business sectors, i.e. Equipment manufacturing, thermal power operation, municipal environmental protection, and investment & operation.
